This is an original, one of a kind piece of art. Drawn by cartoonist Joe Dator and published in The American Bystander.

It depicts a woman showing a couple her bed which is covered in live scorpions. The caption reads “You’ll never have to worry about bedbugs if you get some bed scorpions.”
