Original New Yorker cartoon sketch “Screaming Pillows”

This is an original, one of a kind piece of art. A preliminary sketch that drawn by cartoonist Joe Dator, before the final art was published in the issue dated November, 28, 2016.

It depicts a woman in a home goods shop speaking to an employee, while in the background another customer can be seen burying their face in a pillow. The caption reads "Pillows for sleeping on are downstairs. These are all for screaming into."

It was drawn in felt tip pen with pencil shading on printer paper. Its dimensions are 8.5" x 11"
